Artists Bob Lucas and Suzanne Haddon will show paintings, drawings, fused glass, wood sculpture and video. The two artists are native to Puget Sound but now live in Costa Rica and Australia respectively--they will however make Skype appearances at the opening. Together they started a series of highly popular “Goddess” exhibitions, the last of which took place ten years ago. They share a visionary outlook on the world, celebrating a nurturing instinct, fantasy, dreams and introspection.
Roger has been touted as one of the "finest pickers and teachers on the planet” in Guitar Player Magazine. Many people know Roger as a bluegrass player, but he is a tremendous gypsy jazz improviser as well. If you're coming from Seattle, it's only about a 5 min walk from the ferry.
Admission will be by donation, and space is limited, so I highly recommend that you email me atinfo@RangerSwings.com to reserve seats.

The 800-seat Historic Everett Theatre is Washington's oldest theater, built in 1901. It has been painstakingly restored, and is absolutely beautiful inside--you'll feel as if you've stepped back in time 100 years to see a jazz concert in an opulent concert hall.
